What does it mean to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Month?
It actually means quite a bit – many people don’t realize that India is included when we mention Asia – it was something I struggled with as a kid myself. By learning about each other, we grow to understand each other and embrace both our uniqueness and our commonalities.
