As a new 6th grader, I was worried about making friends in a new school. But I’ve made a bunch of friends just by being myself! I also met them by asking about topics that I like when we see each other in Crew and Zoom and in school. I found out that some of them liked playing Among Us and Minecraft, so now after school, basically everyday me and my new friends play video games! It’s really fun! I also got all of their phone numbers. I like being at BCS because I’ve met so many friends (I’m very social). Also I like Crew a lot – almost all the people in my Crew I am really good friends with! So that’s my advice for new students – be yourself, be friendly, ask questions, get people’s phone numbers, and have an open mind!
